The whole production, one place.

Production follows the film from script to broadcast-ready file. Pre-production gathers cast, location, crew, agreements, call sheet and budget. Post-production receives the material from set, runs review and voiceover on links, and delivers the master in each channel's own format.

Shoot day in a flower shop: the cinematographer moves in close on the florist at the workbench, from a production for an energy client
Phase 1 · Pre-production

Everything before the shoot day.

Script, cast, location, crew, agreements, call sheet and budget live on the same production. No folders spread across drives, no agreements buried in email threads.

Production · The script is the core

Drop in your script. The rest follows.

Launchr AI breaks the script down into scenes with picture and sound, suggests each scene's characters, and develops storyboards that keep the same person's face across frames. The critic scans every image for AI slop, five fingers on each hand, gravity that behaves, before you see it.

Scene 2 of 5 · Kitchen, morning
Script
Storyboard still generated in the platform: a woman opens the kitchen window in morning light and looks out at the gardenGenerated by Launchr AI

The lead enters the kitchen, opens the window and looks out at the garden. She smiles.

VO: “Quarter to seven. The coffee is brewing, and the house is still hers.”

Production · Cast

Casting with faces, not name lists.

Every role has its own brief, and every submission arrives as a card with a photo or self-tape right in the platform. You pick with one click, and the cast face travels on as the character reference in the storyboard.

Production · Location

The address, not just the name.

Type the address, and Google looks it up for you, fetches the coordinates, embeds the map, and adds a Street View image as the first reference. Your own photos and videos upload straight onto the location, so the whole crew knows what they're walking into.

Bookings with a digital signature.

Sketch the terms: role, dates, day rate, equipment rental, catering. Send a personal text and email link to the supplier, who can sign or ask for changes. If a shoot day moves, you send an addendum, and the supplier approves the change the same way. Options stay options until you confirm them yourself.

Production · Call sheet

The call sheet builds itself.

Booked crew, chosen cast and the booked location are pulled in automatically. You build the day's schedule on top: time blocks with sub-location, on-site contact and a shot list per block. The call sheet goes out as a link by text, and each recipient confirms they're ready or asks their question right in the thread.

Phase 2 · Post-production

From set to broadcast-ready file.

The material from the shoot lands directly on the same production. Review, voiceover, stills and delivery run on links, not attachments, and at the end the transcoder delivers each channel's own format.

Production · The footage

The footage landswhile you're still wrapping.

Launchr Post runs on the offload machine on set. Every card is secured file by file with checksums, so you can prove the copy is identical to the card, and the material is registered directly on the production in the platform. No loose hard drives in the mail, no doubt about what came home.

Approved per version, with a name and a time.

The client opens a link, watches the film and comments on the exact second it's paused. Every version has its own thread, and the approval is logged with who and when, so there's never any doubt about what was signed off. No account, no installation.

Send the voice actor a personal link with the script. The recording lands directly on the production as a version you pick or drop, with metadata on rights and source. The voice is saved in the supplier directory, so you can find the same voice again on the next production.

External people get in with a link and a one-time code.

One ProRes master in. Every channel gets its own file.

Launchr AI reads the channel's spec and drives the conversion itself: file type, codec, frame rate, audio and loudness. TV gets XDCAM HD422 MXF, BVOD gets H.264, radio gets WAV. A follow-up pass measures the result, and if it falls outside tolerance, the file can't be sent.

Production · The craft

Every surface is built on how a production actually runs.

Production isn't a project-plan template. It's a set of working surfaces, each cut to what a crew needs to see on that particular day. Launchr AI is our secret sauce. The models are the car. Launchr AI sits beside you and knows the road. And you're the one with your hands on the wheel.

Character consistency in the AI storyboard

Once the lead is cast, her face travels on as a reference for every scene. The storyboard keeps her consistent across frames, without her turning into a different person from scene to scene.

Agreements with digital signatures

The supplier gets a personal link. He can sign or ask for changes without downloading a PDF. Options and confirmed bookings are two different states, so nobody wonders what's actually agreed.

Data safety from set to home

Every file from the card is receipted with a checksum, so the copy is proven identical before anyone wraps. And every version, comment and approval lives on the production with a name and a time.

Try it on your next production.

Sign up on your own and pay only for what you use. If you work at a Danish media or ad agency, or in a production unit, and have a production coming up, we're also happy to set you up personally.
