The AI-powered
marketing suite.

Creative. Production. Media.

Launchr brings 20+ leading AI models together in one tool, from creative development through production to media delivery.

Hosted in the EU. Your data stays inside your organization. We don't train on your content. Built in Copenhagen.

The principle

Your edit always wins.

Anywhere in the platform, you can change what the engine made, and your change stands. It won’t be overwritten on the next run, and you won’t wrestle a tool that thinks it knows better. The AI facilitates. The human decides.

The chain

From brief to approved material, without switching tools.

Eight steps in one system, run by Launchr AI. Each step uses the model best suited to that job, and each step can reject AI slop from the models and redo it before you see it.

  1. 01

    The brief

You enter the brief once, and it becomes the reference every following step is measured against. You never rewrite it for the storyboard, the production or the delivery.

    Claude Sonnet

  2. 02

    The concept

Tensions, working hypothesis, directions, concept. You adjust along the way, and the engine builds on your changes instead of starting over.

    Claude Fable 5

  3. 03

    Script and film plan

The director lays out the film scene by scene: what is said, what is seen, who is in frame, where it takes place.

    Claude Fable 5

  4. 04

    Cast, style and setting

Reference portraits of every person and fixed images of every location are set up once. Each scene is tied to them, so people and places stay the same from the first clip to the last.

    Nano Banana

  5. 05

    The stills

Every image is generated, then reviewed by a critic that rejects the wrong cast, impossible physics, the same person twice in one frame, and anything that breaks your brand rules.

    Nano Banana · GPT Image

  6. 06

    The motion

The still becomes a clip. A judge watches it and scores motion, style, cast and credibility. If it fails, we try again and keep the best take.

    Veo · Kling v3 Pro

  7. 07

    The sound

A Danish voice with genuinely Danish pronunciation, plus music, sound effects and subtitles to the Danish standard. Everything mixed and measured to the correct loudness.

    ElevenLabs · ffmpeg

  8. 08

    The delivery

A finished film with your logo and a share link where the client can comment on the exact second and approve. From one ProRes master, Launchr AI converts to each channel's spec on its own: file type, frame rate, audio and loudness.

    Remotion · The transcoder

See it

This is what the work looks like.

Every image is seen by an AI before you see it.

The critic scans every image for AI slop: five fingers on each hand, gravity that holds, faces that match the cast. A rejection comes with a specific note, and the next attempt builds on it.

AI-generated still with deliberate errors: a woman at a kitchen table is on the phone but holds a phone in each hand, and the coffee cup floats above the tableAttempt 1
Rejected

Two phones on the same person. The coffee cup floats above the table.

The same scene, now correct: the woman holds one phone to her ear, and the cup rests on the tableAttempt 2
Approved

Cast matches the portrait. Objects rest naturally.

The engine

Launchr AI is our secret sauce.

Anyone can buy access to the models, and they get better every month without any of us doing a thing. Launchr AI is the layer on top: the intelligence that knows which model to use when, how to judge the result, and how to tie twelve different services into something that can be delivered to a media outlet.

The models are the car. Launchr AI sits in the passenger seat and knows the road. And your hands are on the wheel.

What Launchr AI holds together today

Language

  • Claude Fable 5

The director. Film plan, scene interpretation and edit list, the decisions that shape the whole look.

  • Claude Opus

The reserve when the director hits a limit, and the model behind the text your client reads.

  • Claude Sonnet

The volume work: critique, subtitles, legal checks, proofreading and edit intelligence.

Image

  • Gemini Nano Banana

Character-consistent stills, storyboards and key visuals.

  • GPT Image

Chosen automatically when the scene has real text in frame, a sign, a display, a number.

  • Vectorizer

Turns a logo into clean SVG when the client only has a bitmap.

Motion and render

  • Veo 3.1

Image to video and text to video.

  • Kling v3 Pro

The motion engine in Akademi. Smooth clips without stutter, even when the camera moves.

  • Remotion on AWS Lambda

The finished film. The same result every time, no matter how many builds run at once.

Sound

  • ElevenLabs, seven different engines

Speech, voice design, music, sound effects, transcription with word timing, voice isolation, speech-to-speech.

  • Cleanvoice and Auphonic

Studio cleanup of speech. Every recording states which of them cleaned it.

  • Demucs

Separates the voice from the music in a finished mix, so the soundtrack can be reused without the old voice.

Launchr AI picks the model per shot, not per product

If the scene has a display with real text, it goes to GPT Image. If it's a recurring cast scene, it goes to Nano Banana. The model choice is a decision made in every single image, not a setting you forgot to change.

The director always runs on the strongest model

The decisions that shape the look are made on the strongest model available, every time. You never get a weaker result because a cheaper model was good enough that day.

When a better model arrives tomorrow, you get it without doing anything. Work in progress stays untouched, and everything Launchr AI has learned carries over.

The quality

Every image and every clip is judged before you see it.

Most AI tools deliver whatever the model happened to produce. Launchr AI puts one model in charge of judging the previous one, against fixed requirements and with the authority to send work back. The safeguards below don’t come with the models. They’re built into Launchr and apply to every image and every clip you get.

An AI sees every image before you do

The critic scans every image for AI slop: five fingers on each hand, gravity that holds, each person appearing only once in the frame. It compares every face against the cast's reference portraits, and it quotes your own brand rules verbatim when it rejects on them.

An AI watches every video clip

The clip is scored on four things: is there real motion, does the style match, are these the same people, and does the scene make sense. If any of them fails, the clip is redone before it reaches you.

A retry can never make things worse

If a clip fails, it's redone. If the new one turns out worse than the first, you get the first back. A retry can never cost you your best clip.

A failed clip never disappears in silence

If a scene lacks motion, it's tried again. If it still fails, you get the film and a message naming exactly which scenes are missing. Never all or nothing, and never a failed element that just vanishes.

Sound is measured, not assumed

Radio spots are delivered at −23 LUFS and below −1.5 dBTP, and the result is measured on the finished file. If it misses the station's requirements, it can't be sent. Material that fails the spec doesn't leave the platform.

Every rejection is kept

The image that was rejected, why, in which scene, by which model. It all stays on record, so with every production the critic gets sharper on precisely your material.

The collaboration

Everyone can take part. No one creates an account.

Share a link, and grant exactly the access that’s needed, nothing more. No license, no installation, no new vendor their IT department has to approve first.

External access

Bound to number+45 •• •• •• 78

One-time code sent by text

The code expires after a few minutes and works only once

The link can be revoked at any time

The client

Watches the film and comments on the exact second it's paused. Or comments on the script line by line. And approves when they're ready.

The director and the sound designer

Each get their own link to what they need, sign in with a one-time code by SMS or email, and put their version back in the same place.

The talent

Fill in their details, take a photo and sign, on the operator's phone on set. The agreement text is frozen at creation and can't change afterwards.

The suppliers

Receive the framework from you instead of sending in quotes. They read the terms and approve or comment. Revisions get their own link.

The crew

Open the day's call sheet, timeline and shot list on their phone. No paper, no confusion about which version to shoot from.

The station

Gets the material in the format and loudness they require, and can reply directly to the delivery email, so the answer lands back on the job.

Every link is unguessable, locked to that one job and invisible to search engines.

The security

Data processing agreement, EU hosting, and no training on your data.

The biggest brake on AI in our industry isn’t the technology. It’s that no one dares grant access until someone can answer where the material ends up. We have that answer in writing from day one, so you can get started while others wait for an approval.

Your data stays inside your organization

Every organization is sealed from the start. No one shares data with anyone else, and there's no shared pool where a concept from one brand can surface at another.

We don't train on your content

We never train on your material. The core AI vendors, Anthropic, Google and ElevenLabs, prohibit training contractually, and zero retention and EU data residency can be enabled with them. The terms for every other vendor are published openly in the data processing agreement.

Hosted in the EU

Application, database and files live in the EU. Only the AI calls themselves go to the US, under Standard Contractual Clauses. The impact assessment and Transfer Impact Assessment are published at launchr.dk/legal/dpia.

Access without your client needing their own tools

Your client can watch, comment and approve in the platform without an account, without a license, and without their own IT having to approve a new tool first.

The paperwork is ready

Data processing agreement, impact assessment and the full list of subprocessors are public at launchr.dk/legal. Not as a project, as pages you can read now.

You won't be the first

The platform has been reviewed by IT departments at Danish companies. The questions your IT will ask have been asked before, and the answers are in writing.

Day to day

Does this sound familiar?

Marketing has become fragmented: strategy, creative, production, budgets and media each live in their own tool and their own process. That costs overview, time and money. Launchr brings the whole process into one system.

We know all the tools. We just can't get them to work together.

That is exactly what Launchr AI does. Twelve AI services in one chain: script, cast, images, motion, voice, mix and delivery, without the files moving in and out of seven different programs along the way.

Our client wants in, but their IT can't approve yet another tool in time.

They don't have to approve anything. They get a link where they can view, comment and approve. No account, no license, and the data stays inside your organization.

The small jobs eat our time, and they carry no earnings.

Three films for next week don't need a string of meetings. Brief, script, visuals, voice, mix and delivery sit in one chain, and quality doesn't drop because the job is small.

The material got rejected on specs. Again.

The specs for the Danish media are built in. We measure the loudness we deliver instead of assuming it, and material that doesn't meet the station's requirements can't leave the platform.

I type the same format in twenty times over the course of a production.

Define it once. Every link that goes out after that carries the information to the person who needs it. No retyping, no version that is a week old.

My agency takes a big slice of the budget before the media outlet has even seen anything.

In the agency model, only ≈ DKK 75,000 out of 100,000 reaches the media. With Launchr, DKK 97,000 gets through. You pay for the campaign, not the fee.
Side by side

Already have a media agency? Keep it.

Launchr works alongside your agency agreement. You don't have to choose all or nothing: keep the advice and the strategy with your agency, and book the buying and the delivery yourself in Launchr.

Keep the advice

Your agency knows your brand and still lays the strategy and the media plan. Launchr doesn't touch that relationship.

Book it yourself

You buy and deliver the campaign directly in Launchr. You pay the agency for advice and the outlet for media space, not for handling in between.

Keep the ownership

Your agreements, prices and campaign history live with you, not in the agency's systems. If you switch agency one day, nothing moves.
The price

No license. No seats.
You pay for what you use.

Sign up yourselves, put money on the account with a card, and pay only for what you generate. You set the cap and the auto top-up. If you build nothing, you pay nothing. There’s no platform ticking away in the background.

Creative and Production

Usage

Every generation is metered: what it was, which area it belonged to, what it cost. All of it sits in your usage overview, updated continuously. No subscription, no minimum commitment, no per-user price.

  • The vendor's price plus an agreed markup
  • Full tracking per operation, down to fractions of an øre
  • Unlimited users in your organization
  • Clients and partners cost nothing

Media

3% at launch

Media buying is different, because the money is someone else's. Here the platform costs a flat share of the gross budget, and only once the campaign actually goes live. The whole amount is the platform fee, no hidden margins.

  • 97% of the budget reaches the media
  • Building the campaign is free, you pay at launch
  • 100% of media rebates passed on, documented
  • Audit rights as standard

  • A full usage overview, every line item can be looked up
  • No license, no seat price, no onboarding fee
  • 100% of media rebates passed on, documented
  • 1:1 invoice match against the media's own invoices
  • Audit rights as standard
  • 12-month price guarantee on the media fee
  • 3-month commitment, no exit fee
  • Never principal media buying

The media outlet pays a symmetric 3% for its own access to the platform. It is not taken from your budget and affects neither your price nor your media weight.
